Fish and Veggies


Last weekend was a good weekend filled with good food! This is my dinner from Sunday night. We made catfish on a wood plank with a delicious brown sugar rub, lobster tails, and asparagus all on the grill! I love cooking on the grill because everything always has such a better flavor. This weekend I'm going to try grilling some tofu with summer vegetables (squash and zucchini). There will definitely be a dessert in there as well. Maybe peaches and cream... :)


I also did a little baking. Not too hard when you have a bread machine. I decided on rosemary bread and it worked perfectly with our fish and asparagus.
